Back in June 2022, this customer in Ashtead requested to have new windows and doors fitted to an extension. They chose jet black Origin OB49 French doors and an OW70 three horizontal window with Crittall look bars. This style of window is usually defined by black aluminium, slim frames around glass panels.

This sleek, slimline door comes with narrower sightlines than many of their other products, extending the views and natural sunlight on offer. This is ideal for home extensions where lighting can sometimes be an issue.

Any challenges?

This project was a little more complex, as we fitted the products before cutting the astragal bars and placing them on the glass. This required careful measurement and skilled techniques to ensure the final look was perfect.
