Previously the building, based in Balham in South London, was commercial offices but has been converted into luxury one-bedroom flats, refurbished to a very high standard. These flats were put on the market in late November, and all the flats have been sold.

The client designed the new flats with quality in mind, so they wanted to match their luxury build with the very best and most technically advanced double glazing products. In addition, they wanted strong glazing with a contemporary aesthetic and were drawn to Origin’s stunning range of products.

With energy efficiency at the top of many people’s agenda, they also wanted energy-efficient glazing, so it was as thermally efficient and economical as possible. Origin products exceed British Regulations for energy efficiency by some margin, so all future homeowners were likely to save money on their fuel bills. The windows and doors are well insulated, making this an ideal choice for a London project.

YPE Bifold Doors supplied and fitted Origin windows and doors throughout the development. The aluminium doors were bespoke because each sealed unit was sandblasted with the number into the glass. These strong and secure doors were designed to make a fantastic first impression. They were also really happy with the 20-year guarantee on all Origin products, offering the new homeowner’s peace of mind.

The Results
