Supply and fit of Origin OS29 and OW70 in Worcester Park

When building a property extension, the windows and doors you choose can define the appearance of the space both inside and out. A popular design option is gable end windows above the back doors, following the extension’s roof structure to fill this area with additional glazing. The effect is a bright, welcoming room with plenty of style.

In August 2022, our customer hired us for the supply and fit of Origin windows and doors at their home in Worcester Park. They chose an Origin OS29 patio slider and two OW70 gable windows for their property extension, opening up the property’s views to the outdoors.

If you’re considering Origin sliding doors, the OS29 is a great choice, thanks to its slimline appearance with sightlines of just 29mm, energy-efficient glazing and easy-glide opening mechanism. Selecting the doors in a dark black shade, they have a sleek and smooth appearance, with the glazing effortlessly blending into the frame.

Our customer also selected two black OW70 windows from Origin. These slimline aluminium windows are the perfect products to complement Origin’s range of premium-grade aluminium sliders. The OW70 collection offers sightlines of just 65mm wide, various beading styles and configuration options.

The Results

As you can see from the photographs, the results are stunning. We provided a supply and fit service for an OS29 Origin jet black patio slider and two gables. The seamless appearance of the extension end has been produced using external aluminium cladding to ensure no gaps in the design. Our customer was overwhelmed with the finished work – well done to the YPE team!

Any challenges?

We always survey the installation site before the project goes ahead to ensure we can advise about the best options for the space. For this installation, our surveyor suggested aluminium cladding between the gables and patio door to give a perfect finish with no gaps. For this, he measured and had the pressings bespokely made and cut to size.
