Supply and fit of lean-to conservatory in Balham

In July 2022, this customer in Balham hired us for our supply and fit services, wanting to update their existing conservatory with a modern PVC lean-to roof. They currently had a single door fitted in the space with two windows on either side. These would all need replacing alongside the conservatory roof.

Our customer chose modern white frames for the windows and doors, remaining in keeping with the rest of the property. White is still one of the most popular choices for UK window installations, thanks to its clean lines and modern look while complementing a range of different décors.

The Results

Our installers removed the old windows, door and roof while knocking out the brickwork to allow room to install the PVC panels. They then fitted the new products, including two windows, French doors and the conservatory roof. You can see the results of our high-quality installation in the project images.

Any challenges?

The main difficulty was removing the brickwork which was below the existing windows. The YPE team had to carefully plan how to complete the work and ensure a high-quality finish. Our achievement was producing an end result that improved the aesthetics of the property, creating modern visuals that look part of the original build.
